Thursday 10:00 to 16:30
Friday 09:00 to 16:30
Saturday* 09:00 to 12:00

• Please note that Global Banking, Customer Contact Center, Head Office and TurkishBranch do not open on Saturdays.
• The Bank does not open on Bank Holidays

*Saturday is not a business day for processing purposes. All such transactions entered into on a Saturday will be processed the next business day, i.e. usually the following Monday.
